Delete your DeliNow account

DeliNow is operated by MWAY ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED.

Sign in with your registered mobile number, then confirm your request to delete your account and associated personal data. You can submit this request without installing the app.

What happens next?

Your verified request goes to DeliNow Support. A request reference will appear after successful submission. Submission does not mean that deletion is already complete. Support will review outstanding orders, payments or refunds and confirm the outcome.

Data covered by your request

Your request covers your account profile, name, contact information, saved addresses and profile photo. Order, payment, refund, tax, fraud-prevention and dispute records may be retained where needed for applicable record-keeping obligations or unresolved matters. These records are not erased merely by submitting this request.

Retention depends on the record and any outstanding obligation. Support can explain the applicable retention period for your account before confirming completion. See our Privacy Policy.

Need help signing in?

Email developer@delinow.com with the subject “DeliNow account deletion request” and your registered mobile number. Support will verify account ownership. Never send your OTP, password, UPI PIN or card security code by email.
