We collect information you provide to use DeliNow, such as your name, phone number, email, delivery address, order details and payment references. We also process technical information needed to operate and protect the service. Location information is used for serviceability and delivery when you provide it or grant permission. If you choose to save an address on this device, it is stored locally for future use.

We use this information to manage accounts, process orders, coordinate delivery, provide eligible rewards, answer support requests and prevent misuse. Necessary information is shared with participating merchants, delivery personnel, hosting providers and payment processors to fulfil these purposes. Payment credentials are handled by payment providers; never send sensitive payment credentials to our support email.

We retain information as needed for service delivery, dispute resolution and applicable record-keeping obligations. You may contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information, subject to required retention. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Policy updates will be published on this page.

Vendor Bank and GST Information

DeliNow collects bank account details provided by vendors, including the account holder’s name, account number, bank name, branch and IFSC code, to manage vendor payments, settlements and related support. We also collect the GST number provided by vendors for business and tax-related records. These details are not displayed publicly and are shared only where necessary with authorised service providers or as required by law.

Analytics and App Diagnostics

The DeliNow Vendor app uses Google Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics and Performance Monitoring to understand app usage, identify crashes and monitor technical performance. Information collected may include app interactions, screen visits, notification interactions, device and app information, crash reports and network performance data.

Bank account details and GST numbers are not included in the app’s analytics event data.

Data Retention and Requests

We retain vendor information as needed to provide our services, maintain payment and business records, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Vendors can request access, correction or deletion of their information by contacting developer@delinow.com. Some records may need to be retained to meet legal obligations.
