DeliNow provides online grocery shopping with scheduled delivery in serviceable areas of Pune and access to participating restaurant and merchant offers through its app. Customers must provide accurate contact and delivery details and be legally capable of placing an order.

Prices are in Indian rupees. Applicable fees, delivery charges and the total payable are displayed before payment. Availability and delivery slots are subject to confirmation. An unsuccessful or pending payment does not confirm a paid order. If we cannot fulfil a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded under the policy below.

Coupons are promotional discounts, not cash or bank deposits. Eligibility, validity and redemption conditions shown for the specific offer apply. Merchant services and offers are subject to the terms presented before purchase. Nothing in these terms limits rights available under applicable law.
